Cancellation  policy 

 

  Here at Hair by Andie C., our time together is very important. I understand the need for flexibility in my guests' hectic schedules and respect how valuable their time is. I do my best to accommodate guest schedules and ask that as a guest, you do the same. If you need to change your service or reschedule your appointment, a 48 hour notice is requested to avoid a fee of half the service that will be added to your next appointment.  No shows will be charged fully for the service missed or may be unable to book any future appointments.

     Late Policy

 

​  Time is a very precious commodity and a late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service so as not to force me to run late for my following guests. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule  or alter services and fees may apply.

Sick Policy

  If you have been sick with a cold, flu, or lice in the last 48 hours, please text or e-mail me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment showing symptoms of illness (such as fever, cough, nausea, or shortness of breath), I will need to reschedule you. I will do my best to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner and will waive the cancellation fee if given notice before appointment. 

Child Policy

 

​  For safety and liability reasons, I ask that you please leave your children at home or have another adult who is not receiving a service, to look after them. Don't get the wrong idea, I love children, but the salon is not a good place for them. There is limited space in our salon and the last thing we want is to drop a bowl of chemicals, sharp shears or a hot tool on their lap and it is important to ensure a relaxing environment for the other guests in the salon.

Re- Do Policy

 

​  If you are not happy with your service please contact me within 7 days so that I might have an opportunity to make an adjustment to your color or cut. With that in mind, not achieving a desired result in one service, when it was discussed that it may take a couple services, does not constitute an adjustment or "re-do". Neither does your friend, husband , or child not liking your new look when you left my salon happy with what we agreed on. Once again, if there is an issue, please contact me so that I can make an adjustment so that you are 100% happy with your hair!
